Anne Peyton Bryant, Esq.

Having worked for and learned from the best (Hon. Laura Drager, and Raoul Felder, Esq.), Ms. Bryant is a leader in the new generation of matrimonial lawyers. Both her legal experience and her life experience enable her to provide thorough representation handling all areas of domestic relations for both same sex and traditional relationships including; prenuptial agreements, divorce, separation, maintenance, child support, support modification, custody, visitation, relocation, and equitable distribution.

Ms. Bryant concentrates her practice on complex family and matrimonial law issues, including the negotiation and preparation of marital agreements (pre-nuptial, post-nuptial and settlement), parenting plans, the equitable distribution of assets, and all matters related to child custody.

As a former court attorney for two years to the most respected and longest sitting matrimonial judge in Manhattan, Hon. Laura Drager, and thereafter an Associate at the law firm of famed divorce attorney Raoul Felder, Esq., also known as “the Duke of Divorce,” Ms. Bryant represents individuals in all areas of contested family law or matrimonial law matters, from valuation and distribution of complicated assets of high net worth individuals, to child custody and visitation issues, to mundane splitting of retirement assets, and even uncontested divorce.
Ms. Bryant is well respected amongst both her peers and Judges as an aggressive advocate for her clients, both men and women alike. She is known to be readily accessible to her clients by office phone, cell phone, email, and text message at virtually any hour of the day, seven days a week.
